The Submitters assert that Canada and Quebec are failing to effectively enforce various environmental laws concerning migratory birds, endangered species, and local municipalities.
The Submitters object to the establishment of wind farms in migratory bird corridors, particularly in the area of L'Isle Verte in the St. Lawrence River in Quebec. They allege that allowing wind farms to be located in such areas is contrary to legislative objectives, including preventing the disappearance of species and protecting migratory birds.
