Description

For this report, the Enforcement Working Group has chosen to focus on three issues: 1) compliance promotion, 2) compliance verification (inspection), and 3) measurement of program results. The main body of the report includes individual sections for Canada, Mexico and the United States, describing how their respective domestic environmental enforcement and compliance promotion programs address these three issues.
