SEEM Process in the Context of Environmental Justice

This webinar will provide an overview of the Submissions on Environmental Enforcement Matters processes existing under trade agreements in the Americas region: The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA); the Trade Promotion Agreements between the US and Panama; US and Colombia; US and Peru; as well as the Central America-Dominican Republic (CAFTA-DR) Free Trade Agreement.

The discussion will allow participants to understand key features of the SEM/SEEM process, now in operation for the last 30 years, and how this is connected to environmental justice.
