The Joint Public Advisory Committee (JPAC) of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) of North America held a regular session on 22–23 June 2005, in conjunction with the Twelfth Regular Session of the Council of the CEC. This session followed a JPAC public workshop on “Needs and Opportunities for Capacity Building among Private and Non Profit Sectors,” held on 21 June 2005.
