Trinational trade and enforcement training workshop to support the legal and sustainable trade in turtles/tortoises

This workshop will bring together researchers, managers and enforcement staff from Canada, Mexico and United States to share scientific and trade information about freshwater turtles and tortoises (trade in both pets and meat), establish research and management goals, and revise policies for securing turtle conservation for the twelve (12) priority species included in the Sustainable Trade in Turtles and Tortoises: Action Plan for North America.
