This event will be hosted by the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) in partnership with Toks Restaurants (chain in Mexico) as part of the official launch of the two CEC food waste publications: a Practical Guide and a Technical Report, on Why and How to Measure Food Loss and Waste and Its Impacts.
In addition, a case study conducted in partnership with Toks Restaurants Group will be launched, which will be used to help promote adoption of the CEC practical guide by other restaurant operators.
The goal of the event is to introduce the publications to a broad range of potential users, and to promote implementation of the documents’ procedures.
