Joint Public Advisory Committee Session No. 96-04

Members of the Joint Public Advisory Committee (JPAC) of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) held a regular session on August 2, 1996 in Toronto, Canada. The agenda

In his report, the Chair briefly reviewed the Council session held the day before, namely on August 1, 1996 in Toronto, and asked the observers present to introduce themselves.
