Rolling Three-Year Plan Setting out the Programatic Activities of
the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC)

THE COUNCIL:

HEREBY AGREES:

TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT a Rolling Three-Year Plan setting out the programmatic activities of the CEC, revised on a yearly basis, which will include for each project: long-term goals, objectives for each year, the actions to be undertaken to achieve those objectives, partnerships, key milestones, timetables and expected concrete results.

TO APPROVE the attached CEC Program Development Cycles for 1998, and 1999 and beyond.
