RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL 96-13
THE COUNCIL
NOTING that the Secretariat of the CEC and the Government of Canada have jointly developed a new Headquarters Agreement with a view to replacing the 2 September 1994 Headquarters Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Commission for Environmental Cooperation;
NOTING that a final draft of this new Headquarters Agreement will be provided shortly for review by the appropriate authorities of the Parties;
AUTHORIZES the Executive Director of the CEC to sign, on behalf of the CEC, this new Headquarters Agreement after it has been approved in writing by each of the Parties.
