Memorandum of Understanding for the creation of electronic environmental technology information services to assist North American companies
THE COUNCIL:
AUTHORIZES the Executive Director of the Secretariat of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC), to sign on behalf of the CEC, the Memorandum of Understanding to be entered into by the CEC, the Ontario Centre for Environmental Technology Advancement (OCETA), the International Environmental Business and Technology Institute Inc. and the Centro de Calidad Ambiental del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) (Environmental Quality Center of the Technological and Higher Studies Institute of Monterrey), with a view to creating electronic environmental technology information services to assist North American companies.
