1995 Contribution Agreement with the Government of Canada
THE COUNCIL:
AUTHORIZES the Executive Director of the Secretariat of the Commission, to sign on behalf of the Commission, the Agreement with the Government of Canada dated October 2, 1995 which defines the payment modalities of the balance of its share of the 1995 Party contribution indicated in the 1995 Program and Budget of the Commission; and
FURTHER AUTHORIZES him to sign any subsequent contribution agreements required for future payments.
