Appointment of Executive Director
THE COUNCIL:
HEREBY decides pursuant to Article 11(1) of the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation to confirm Evan Lloyd, current Acting Executive Director, to serve as Executive Director of the Secretariat of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation. His term will deem to be effective from September 1st, 2009 to August 31,2012.
HEREBY agrees with the wording of the letters of offer and mandate that will follow up soon thereafter in a communication by the Chair on behalf of the Council of the CEC.
