Extension of deadline for use of 2005 funds
THE COUNCIL:
NOTWITHSTANDING Rules 5.3 and 5.4 of the Financial Rules of the CEC;
HEREBY DECIDES that funds committed as of 31 December 2005 for the completion of CEC activities related to the Renewable Energy, Assessment of NAFTA and NAGPI projects will continue to be available up to 15 June 2006.
