Extension of deadline for use of 2004 funds
THE COUNCIL:
NOTWITHSTANDING Rules 5.3 and 5.4 of the Financial Rules of the CEC;
HEREBY DECIDES that funds committed as of 31 December 2004 for the completion of publications corresponding to CEC activities related to the Enforcement Working Group, Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Waste, Environmental Management Systems, Terrestrial and Marine Species of Common Conservation Concern and Invasive Species will continue to be available after 28 February 2005 and up to 30 June 2005.
