Publications from 2000 work program
THE COUNCIL:
RECALLING Council Resolution 01-01 dated 31 March 2001 which stipulates that “funds committed as of 31 December 2000 for the publication of the following reports under development will continue to be available after 31 March 2001 and up to 1 August 2001: State of the Environment Report, 1999 Annual Report, and 2000 Special Enforcement Report”;
NOTING THAT, to this date, the funds allocated for the publication of the above reports have not been fully expended;
HEREBY AGREES that, notwithstanding Council Resolution 98-10 and Rules 5.3, 5.4 and 5.6 of the Financial Rules of the CEC, the period during which the funds committed as of 31 December 2000 for the publication of the aforementioned reports, shall be extended to 31 December 2001.
