The CEC Proposed Annual Program and Budget for 1999 (Version 2)
The Joint Public Advisory Committee (JPAC) of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC);
IN ACCORDANCE with its mandate to provide advice to Council;
NOTING the efforts of the Secretariat to develop a work plan for the CEC that reflects the objectives established by the North American Agenda for Action 1999-2001 as well as extensive comments previously provided by JPAC and the public; and
COGNIZANT of the need to implement the work plan on a schedule that respects the CEC’s Program Development Cycle:
- Recommends that the CEC Annual Program and Budget for 1999 be approved at the 11 December 1998 meeting of the Alternate Representatives.
