Advice to Council 96-01 — Review of Guidelines on Enforcement Matters under NAAEC Articles 14 and 15
At the meeting of July 18, 1996, JPAC discussed in-camera, the status of “Cozumel”, and the Secretariat’s notification in respect of this issue. The JPAC suggested that it may want to formulate recommendations regarding aspects of the Guidelines on Enforcement Matters under NAAEC Articles 14 and 15 at the appropriate time, after evaluating the resolution of the submission process.
