Les auteurs de la communication all\u00e8guent que les autorit\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9rales du Mexique, le gouvernement de Mexico (CDMX) et trois de ses agglom\u00e9rations omettent d\u2019assurer l\u2019application efficace des lois de l\u2019environnement relativement \u00e0 la construction de la ligne\u00a07 du r\u00e9seau de transport rapide par bus \u00ab\u00a0Metrob\u00fas\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Dans la communication SEM-18-002 (Metrob\u00fas Reforma<\/em>), les auteurs soutiennent que la d\u00e9livrance de permis pour la construction de la ligne\u00a07 du Metrob\u00fas \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0ill\u00e9gale et opaque\u00a0\u00bb, du fait que le responsable du projet, le gouvernement de CDMX, est cens\u00e9 respecter la loi environnementale \u00ab\u00a0en s\u2019assurant de la planification, de la communication, de la participation et de la conformit\u00e9\u2014ce qui n\u2019a malheureusement pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas\u00bb. Selon les auteurs de la communication, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2015 avec la modification du d\u00e9cret relatif \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019aire prot\u00e9g\u00e9e de la for\u00eat Chapultepec, qui pr\u00e9sente une grande valeur historique, environnementale et sur le plan du paysage pour CDMX.
