Actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como gerente general de la <em>Waubetek Business Corporation<\/em>, instituci\u00f3n financiera ind\u00edgena l\u00edder en su sector, que presta servicios financieros a personas emprendedoras ind\u00edgenas en el noreste de Ontario, Canad\u00e1. Tambi\u00e9n es fundadora, presidenta y directora ejecutiva <em>de Indigenous Business International<\/em>, organizaci\u00f3n que brinda a personas y empresas ind\u00edgenas de todo el mundo asesor\u00eda estrat\u00e9gica y apoyo en la revisi\u00f3n de proyectos en el sector econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Madahbee Leach preside el Consejo Nacional de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico Ind\u00edgena (<em>National Indigenous Economic Development Board<\/em>), junta designada por el gobierno federal canadiense de la que forma parte desde el a\u00f1o 2000, donde presta asesoramiento y orientaci\u00f3n a dicho gobierno sobre asuntos relacionados con pol\u00edticas y programas econ\u00f3micos ind\u00edgenas.
