En observancia de las leyes y reglamentos aplicables, Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico controlan la importaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n de desechos o residuos peligrosos mediante el intercambio de notificaciones y consentimientos previos al embarque de estos residuos allende sus fronteras. Con este proyecto se busca actualizar el sistema \u201cIntercambio Electr\u00f3nico de Datos de Notificaci\u00f3n y Consentimiento\u201d (IEDNC; en ingl\u00e9s: Notice and Consent Electronic Data Exchange<\/em>, NCEDE) para
