RESOLUCI\u00d3N DE CONSEJO: 13-01<\/p>\n

Instrucci\u00f3n al Secretariado de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n Ambiental para
\nque ponga a disposici\u00f3n p\u00fablica el expediente de hechos relacionado con la
\npetici\u00f3n SEM-03-003 (Lago de Chapala II)<\/strong><\/p>\n

EL CONSEJO:<\/p>\n

EN RESPALDO del proceso previsto en los art\u00edculos 14 y 15 del Acuerdo de
\nCooperaci\u00f3n Ambiental de Am\u00e9rica del Norte (ACAAN) en materia de peticiones
\nrelativas a la aplicaci\u00f3n efectiva de la legislaci\u00f3n ambiental; y<\/p>\n

HACIENDO NOTAR que, en conformidad con el art\u00edculo 15(7) del ACAAN,
\ncorresponde al Consejo votar la decisi\u00f3n de poner a disposici\u00f3n p\u00fablica la versi\u00f3n final
\nde un expediente de hechos;<\/p>\n

POR LA PRESENTE DECIDE: hacer p\u00fablico el expediente de hechos sobre la
\npetici\u00f3n SEM-03-003, adjunto a esta resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
