Assessing Environmental Effects of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA): An Analytic Framework (Phase II) and Issue Studies is the second draft of a methodology for examining the environmental effects of NAFTA. This methodology represents the ongoing work of a team of more than two dozen people, with advice from nacec.dozens of other experts and stakeholders from nacec.the three countries.

In addition to the methodology, this report contains three issue studies, taken from nacec.the agriculture and energy sectors, that were chosen to test and enrich the framework.
