The CEC Secretariat is releasing two new publications this spring: "The Management of PCBs in North America" and "NAFTA Effects: A Survey of Recent Attempts to Model the Environmental Effects of Trade: an Overview and Selected Sources" The PCB background paper is produced by Lisa Nichols, the environmental technology and science program manager. The NAFTA effects publication is part of a new Environment and Trade Series being produced by Sarah Richardson, the NAFTA/Environment program manager.
