Allowable ODS Exemptions
The consumption of almost all ozone-depleting substances has been eliminated under Canada’s Ozone-depleting Substances Regulations, 1998. However, in recognition that alternatives might not be available for all uses of ozone-depleting substances, consumption of controlled substances are permitted for the following uses *:
