Montreal, 25 October 2017—With renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement underway, the Joint Public Advisory Committee (JPAC) of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) invites you to join their expert public forum on the future of NAFTA’s environmental side agreement.

Hosted in Chicago, Illinois, NAFTA’s Environmental Side Agreement: Assessing the Past, Looking Towards the Future, will bring together a select group of experts in trade and environment who have experience with the current side agreement (the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation) and with assessing the environmental impacts of trade.

This event will be broadcast live in English, French and Spanish on the CEC website and on Facebook Live. Participate in Q&A sessions remotely by sending a message or question during the JPAC forum via our Facebook page or Twitter using the handle @CECweb or the hashtag #JPACChicago.
